All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to address located in the UK. If your location is not listed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for your claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website or in-store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at nelsssdreamhouse@icloud.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.
3. Hygiene & Safety
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, especially with cosmetics and personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
